Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Create and manage your own pipeline using our relationship-focused approach. Your mission will be to identify and engage new prospects, using creative and persistent strategies.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated with essential details of your client interactions.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with your clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Sales Outreach: Lead sales appointments generated through various outreach methods, including cold calls, warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other strategic campaigns.
  • Client Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any client needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Be trained in market knowledge and industry standards to offer consultative advice and accurate quotes to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the carrier account managers and the operations team to seamlessly onboard and manage new accounts.
