National Marketing Associate

About the role
Broadway Across America is looking for a part-time National Marketing Associate to support the Communications and Digital Marketing national teams. The candidate should excel in multi-tasking, prioritization of tasks, data analysis, be a good communicator, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for live entertainment, specifically Broadway theater, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounting needs, i.e., monthly invoices, expense reports, etc.
- Assist with the setup of paid digital media campaigns, i.e., search, paid social
- Assist with social reporting for season campaigns
- Assist with Monday.com administrative needs, i.e., assigning design jobs, uploading ad plans, etc.
- Assist with national communication to markets
- Assist with administrative reporting needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience building paid digital campaigns within Google, Meta, etc. preferred
- Experience in Monday.com preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Design experience preferable

Pay
$26.50/hour (FLSA Status: Non-Exempt)
