About the role
The National Leader, High-Net-Worth Personal Lines is accountable for the overall performance, growth, retention, profitability, and strategic direction of Acrisure’s HNW Personal Lines book. This leader will define and execute a national growth strategy, strengthen advisor performance, optimize the existing portfolio, and build a scalable operating model that supports sustainable growth across regions, segments, and channels.
Responsibilities
- Own overall performance of the HNW Personal Lines book, including revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
- Establish clear performance targets by segment, region, and advisor.
- Drive disciplined execution against growth and retention goals through a consistent operating cadence and clear accountability model.
- Define and execute the national growth strategy for HNW Personal Lines.
- Lead and manage HNW-focused client advisors to improve new business production, retention, relationship management, productivity, and book growth.
- Implement consistent sales management discipline, including goal setting, pipeline tracking, accountability, and performance coaching.
- Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier HNW talent, including producers and hybrid advisors.
- Build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned to national growth goals.
- Develop onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching programs for HNW advisors.
- Actively manage performance and upgrade talent where needed.
- Own strategy and execution for growth across the entire HNW portfolio, not limited to current advisor-driven production.
- Design and execute cross-sell and coverage expansion initiatives across the HNW client base.
- Establish a clear operating framework with standardized metrics, reporting, and leadership routines.
- Partner with market and carrier leadership to ensure competitive HNW product offerings, preferred carrier relationships, and strong market access.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, placement, and service teams to ensure a scalable service model aligned to HNW client expectations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, private client, or related advisory businesses, with significant depth in HNW Personal Lines.
- Proven track record leading growth, retention, profitability, and performance across a sizable Personal Lines or private client portfolio.
- Strong sales leadership experience, including direct advisor management, coaching, KPI development, pipeline management, and performance accountability.
- Deep understanding of HNW Personal Lines market dynamics, carrier relationships, underwriting appetite, client expectations, and coverage complexity.
- Experience building talent pipelines, recruiting high-performing producers or advisors, and developing onboarding and coaching programs.
- Ability to use data, reporting, and operating metrics to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps, and drive action.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across sales, operations, carrier, finance, marketing, digital, and business line leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent business leadership experience will be considered.

Pay
The base compensation range for this position is $225,000 - $275,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Schedule
Extensive travel is required. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
