Venice Family Clinic is seeking 25 volunteers for Homeless Connect Day, a community event dedicated to connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with essential health care, social services, and community resources.
About the Event
Attendees will have access to medical services, housing and employment resources, benefits enrollment assistance, hygiene supplies, and referrals to organizations that provide ongoing support. Volunteers will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting with event operations, and helping community members easily access the services and resources they need.
Schedule
- Date: August 5, 2026
- Time: Weekdays (Monday–Friday), daytime hours
Location
On-site at Venice Family Clinic, Los Angeles, CA.
Requirements
- Attend orientation
- Open to all ages (teens, families, groups, individuals 55+, and international volunteers welcome)
Training
Training will be provided for all volunteers.
