What You Need

• Must have a strong faith walk and agree with our statement of faith and conduct his/her self in a Christ-like manner.
• Committed Christian in agreement with BLI’s Statement of Faith, demonstrating spiritual maturity and integrity.
• Proven senior leadership experience in Christian ministry, missions, or faith-based training environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ministry and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the South African ministry and cultural landscape.
• Demonstrated competence in strategy execution, financial management, and people leadership.
• Strong communication, relational, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Organised, resilient, and able to manage complex and often competing priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.

Job Description

The National Director of South Africa provides Christ-centered, strategic, and operational leadership to Bible League International’s (BLI) ministry in South Africa. The role is accountable for national ministry vision, governance alignment, partner engagement, staff leadership, financial stewardship, and the faithful implementation of BLI programs in alignment with global standards and the South African context.
