Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Jeeter's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Ensure alignment with the overall marketing calendar across all channels.
- Apply AI and automation platforms to increase efficiency and output.
- Identify and test new platforms and channels while optimizing existing ones.
- Direct and optimize targeted B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns with cannabis media partners.
- Oversee the digital advertising budget, maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions and automation.
- Lead online programming with key accounts to expand digital engagement.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team for in-store digital and print assets.
- Build a distribution-first approach to content, maximizing reach and impact across platforms.
- Drive organic and social growth through short-form video, creator partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Amplify top-performing content across owned, earned, and paid channels, including SEO/AEO and programmatic media.
- Oversee consistent messaging across website, social media, email, and SMS.
- Partner with creative teams to manage website content and conduct audits.
- Implement mobile-first design, website optimization, and search visibility best practices.
- Use Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tools to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategies, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and SMS programs.
- Manage subscriber acquisition and retention with personalized and segmented engagement.
- Develop a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy leveraging brand ambassadors and social influencers.
- Establish strategic partnerships for brand growth and market visibility.
- Oversee digital and print materials supporting ambassador programs and lead generation.
- Analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-driven and predictive analytics for insights and strategic decisions.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners (PR, advertising, email, media, creative).
- Ensure agency performance aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of digital marketing experience with proven strategy and execution success.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- AI-savvy, fluent in modern AI and automation platforms, including generative AI and marketing automation.
- Proven success in content distribution, social growth, SEO/AEO, influencer marketing, and paid media.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, media buying, website optimization, and CMS.
- Experience with email platforms, CRM systems, digital advertising programs, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage agency relationships.
- Hands-on leadership style; strategy and execution skills.
