About the role

Lead the delivery of national multimodal and transit corridor design projects. Guide corridor designs from concept through final delivery, including plans, specifications, and estimates. Mentor emerging technical leaders and support multidisciplinary project teams. Help shape the vision and strategy for transit and urban mobility design services. Create and maintain consistent design standards, templates, and technical guidance. Support quality reviews to ensure designs are well documented and delivered to a high standard. Support major project pursuits through technical input on scopes, proposals, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of national multimodal and transit corridor design projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 15+ years of related experience in transit, multimodal corridor design, urban mobility, or similar transportation infrastructure projects
  • Experience delivering corridor-based transportation projects through final design, including plans, specifications, and estimates
