Responsibilities
NCYL seeks a Directing Attorney to lead legal initiatives and support youth advocacy efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing litigation and policy work related to youth rights
- Developing strategic plans and managing projects
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to advance youth causes
- Providing legal guidance and support to staff and clients
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience working with youth and marginalized communities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
