National Account Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Generate leads, build, and maintain business, in all assigned existing and possibly new territories for Right Traffic.
• Travel for this position will be between 10-25%, including day trips and overnight stays to fulfill the needs of our clients.
• Facilitate growth and generate business by means of proper contract management, Guardian SmartFlagger (GSF) implementation, market saturation, and nurturing opportunities from internal and external sources.
• Generate business with a clear understanding of the Traffic Control services provided by Right Traffic with the ability to explain these products and services through presentations, brochures, videos, and other materials.
• Oversee facilitation of contracts to new and existing clients.
• Build business leads through referrals, business directories, and cold calling, creating sales leads in order to pursue new clients and arrange meetings.
• Follow-up on leads potentially generated by other employees or departments within the companies.
• Regularly log and update all actions within company’s CRM platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in the traffic control and utility industry.
• 3-5 years’ experience in cold calling, sales, customer service, and client relationship management.
• 10-25% domestic travel throughout the Eastern United States.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail- and goal-oriented individuals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple consistent projects.

Pay

Starting salary is $50,000-75,000/year plus bonuses.

Schedule

Travel for this position will be between 10-25%, including day trips and overnight stays to fulfill the needs of our clients.
