About the role
FKA Brands is seeking a National Account Manager role near Bentonville, Arkansas. The National Account Manager/eComm Lead is responsible for building and developing strategic customer relationships with selected retailers' Buyers and leading the overall Omni Channel strategy at Walmart.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L of Walmart Marketplace, Military (Stores & Online), and DIY Ecom channels.
- Achieve assigned sales quota through the partnership and collaboration with the Walmart.com buying team, DIY accounts and Military accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps and action to achieve our overall vision and goals.
- Fully leverage internal processes to forecast volume and build optimized trade programming, investment and forecasts.
- Deliver trade budget.
- Drive incremental sales through listing content and other improvements, connect campaigns, and collaborative initiatives with Dot com merchants covering both 1P and 3P.
- Identify opportunities to maintain and expand distribution on existing business and find unique opportunities for incremental sales and profit utilizing internal systems.
- Build strong cross functional partnerships internally, and consistently share best practices.
- Comply with all company policies, instructions, and directions for the fulfillment of company objectives.
- Work with internal team on sales forecast by account to drive accurate financial and production planning.
- Assist if needed with weekly sales reports and execute item setups as required.
- Represent the company with effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in eComm.
- BBA or equivalent, with a focus on marketing/Sales/Category Management/Retail/Ecommerce.
