Responsibilities
- Represent the full Salem Media ecosystem, including: Audio & Broadcast Podcasting, Television & OTT Video Streaming, Digital publishing through Townhall Media & Salem Web Network, Digital Marketing & Audience Solutions, Influencer & Creator Marketing, and Events & Experiential.
- Generate new revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with national advertisers, agencies, direct-response marketers, and nonprofit organizations.
- Create integrated marketing solutions tailored to the needs of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and consultatively sell integrated media solutions across multiple channels to maximize client ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful media, digital, advertising, sponsorship, or marketing sales experience.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue goals and developing new business.
- Experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels.
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Preferred: Experience selling podcasts, influencer, events and digital-first solutions; experience working with national advertisers and advertising agencies.

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 (including generous commission and bonus package)
