About the role

The National Account Associate focuses on providing analytical and executional support for the Wellbeing Collective brands at Target. This role involves proactively analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities or risks, and executing day-to-day tasks to drive growth. You will communicate key insights to WBC leadership and collaborate across teams to maximize sales at Target.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage weekly reporting tools and dashboards for key customers and internal teams.
  • Utilize customer insights, IRI, and syndicated data to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive growth.
  • Monitor competitive brands and products to understand shopper trends and potential threats to WBC business.
  • Assist in pulling, interpreting, and providing insights around key sales data.
  • Manage tracking of new item launches at retail to ensure speed to shelf and market success.
  • Full item management responsibility on Target POL and Target.com.
  • Maintain monthly updates to financials and ensure promotions are entered into Target’s system.
  • Calculate Target inventory needs based on weeks-of-supply (WOS) issues, manage retailer inventory via item-level forecast adjustments, and handle clearance inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Net Revenue Manager on post-promotional and efficiency analysis.
  • Assist the sales lead with display/sales plan bids via performance recapping and POG shelf creation.
  • Serve as the Target team’s touchpoint for the internal omni team to grow share of digital sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, both internally and externally, to maximize WBC sales at Target.
  • Collaborate across the analyst team within Target to learn and share best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Sales Analytics, with CPG experience preferred.
  • Ability to convert information, numbers, and data into actionable insights for growth.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and drive results.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Adaptable, able to work both cross-functionally and independently, with potential for increased responsibility as more platforms launch.
  • A resourceful, growth-minded self-starter who thrives on solving challenges and uncovering opportunities.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give and receive effective feedback.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and motivation in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in everyday work to increase efficiency, simplify processes, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
  • Experience working with syndicated databases (Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, etc.) and/or Target’s Partners Online and VIQ System is a plus.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $59,680 – $89,520. For this remote role, compensation is determined based on geographic location and experience, and the final offer will reflect these factors within the posted range.
