About the role
Fully remote position based full-time within the Continental United States. Up to 10% domestic travel required. This is not a driving position. Full-time role with no people management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years related work experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Development
- Roles in the CPG Industry (Preference for Beverage, specifically Energy Category)
- Strong understanding of Syndicated Data (Spins/IRI/Nielsen) with the ability to build and report on key data insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivots/basic formulas/VLOOKUPs)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software preferred (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools)
- Familiarity with the following retail systems: Luminate, Circana, Retail Link, Item360, STIBO
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large datasets and complex information
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Supporting National Accounts: Collaborate closely with the National Accounts team to gather and analyze sales data. Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key national customers. Help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within national accounts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights. Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
- Presentation Development: Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate sales performance, strategies, and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Summarize complex data into clear and concise visuals for presentations. Assist in preparing materials for national account meetings and presentations.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts and budgets. Evaluate historical sales data to improve accuracy and reliability of sales forecasts. Provide input for sales and inventory planning based on data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes. Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting methods to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Share insights and recommendations based on research findings to drive strategic decision-making.
- Primary Responsibility: Analytics Support for National Accounts – Absco, Walmart, Kroger, Target – others as needed. Project management, field execution tracking, reporting, and other major projects as they present themselves.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
