About the role
MGC is a technology-driven law firm with 31 years of excellence across 22 offices in 11 states. We are seeking a Regional Office Manager based in Nashville who will also support Knoxville and Memphis. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Regional Office Operations
- Support and Develop Administrative Staff
- Ensure Compliance
- Enhance Workflows
- Recruiting and Staffing
- Facilities Coordination
- Travel (at least quarterly)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of direct management experience
- Law firm experience or professional services experience preferred
