English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Teacher Assistants

Support ESOL instructors by reinforcing lessons, assisting small groups, and providing individualized help to adult English language learners.

Driver’s Education Instructor

Instruct new drivers in classroom and behind-the-wheel settings, covering traffic laws, safe driving practices, and state licensing requirements.

Nantucket Community Pool Lifeguard

Monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, perform rescues, and maintain clean, orderly facilities during operating hours.

Swim Instructor

Teach swimming fundamentals to children and adults, including stroke development, water safety, and confidence-building in the water.

Nantucket Aquatics Assistant Swim Coach

Assist the head swim coach with practice planning, stroke refinement, team drills, and meet preparation for competitive and recreational swimmers.

Aquacise Instructor

Lead group fitness classes in the pool, designing low-impact aquatic exercises for adults focusing on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Assistant Gymnastics Instructor

Support head gymnastics instructors during classes for children and beginners, helping with skill progression, spotting, and class management.

American Sign Language (ASL) Teacher

Teach ASL to students of all ages, covering vocabulary, grammar, cultural context, and conversational fluency in a structured classroom setting.

Lead Gymnastics Instructor
