About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and understanding nanny to support an adult with a developmental disorder. This part-time position involves providing supervision, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support for an adult with a developmental disorder
• Assist with daily activities and personal care
• Maintain a safe and structured environment
• Apply behavioral management techniques as needed
• Communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
• Passion for helping others and strong communication skills
