Nanny Full-Time - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive and grow.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents to align on children's needs and progress.
• Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love for learning.
• Manage daily routines, including nap times, meals, and playtime, to ensure consistency and structure.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills through guidance and support in various settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with disabilities.
• Knowledge of childcare best practices, including child safety protocols and developmental activities.
• Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond calmly in emergencies.
• Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements.
• Experience with caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, potty training, and supervising playtime.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and other caregivers.
• Ability to maintain a clean environment through light cleaning duties related to childcare.
• Enthusiastic teaching skills to support early childhood education initiatives.
• Caregiver with a compassionate attitude, patience, and understanding for children’s individual needs.
