We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. The Nanny will assist a family with daily childcare and household responsibilities in a home environment, providing support to the entire family.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and privacy
• Maintains a flexible and positive attitude
• Enjoys interacting with active children and being heavily involved in many aspects of home life
• Proactively engaged in the overall tone of the home and always maintains a positive attitude
• Provides transportation for children to and from scheduled activities
• Supervises/babysits children after school and as needed
• Supervises homework
• Manages in-home projects
• Helps with meal preparation as needed
• Restocks household inventory of groceries from a provided list
• Manages cleanliness of all vehicles on a weekly basis
• Helps manage and tidy the kitchen and laundry room
• Organizes miscellaneous personal requests on a daily basis
• Travels with family when the occasion arises
• Stays overnight with children 4/5 nights per month
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Childcare experience required
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and handle complicated schedules required
• Must demonstrate an understanding and need for confidentiality and sensitivity
• Highly organized
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math and general accounting
• Must be able to exercise good judgment and make decisions with limited supervision
• Must be able to work well with other team members, managers and interact with guests

Schedule

• Full-time hours (30-40)
• Flexible schedule
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Holidays off: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter

Physical demands

• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart
