About the role

The role is responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals in providing comprehensive services to individuals and families affected by mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for clients
• Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mental health program
• Provide clinical supervision to staff members
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health administration
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Knowledge of mental health policies and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
