About The Role Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking an On-Call Nail Technician to support our Spa team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring an exceptional, luxury experience in alignment with Four Seasons service standards. What You Will Do Perform professional nail care services based on guest preferences, including manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips, polish changes, and specialty nail treatmentsProvide a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalismKeep guests informed throughout the service, including explanations of treatments and retail productsPrepare, set up, maintain, and break down nail service work areas with required suppliesAssist with the overall setup, breakdown, and maintenance of Spa areas, including pre-treatment refreshment sectionsAccommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve guest concerns in a timely, service-focused mannerRetrieve clean linens from laundry and return used linens following established proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization in the Spa Dispensary, Nail Bar, and Staff RoomUtilize reservation systems, maintenance tracking tools, and Guest Experience databases accurately to ensure guest satisfactionMake personalized service recommendations and suggest appropriate treatments and productsEnsure completion of daily and opening/closing checklists and verify that all Spa areas are clean, stocked, and well maintainedWork collaboratively and professionally with spa colleagues and leadershipAssist guests with spa orientations and answer questions related to products and treatmentsFollow proper payroll, safety, and chemical handling procedures and report any accidents or incidents to management or securityPerform additional duties and assignments as directed by management What You Bring Minimum of three years of nail care experience, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environmentCurrent and valid cosmetology licenseStrong communication skills and ability to serve guests of all agesGenuine passion for providing exceptional service to guests, residents, and colleaguesStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independentlyAbility to perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing conditionsHigh work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Work Authorization Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.
