Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage services and luxurious body treatments.
• Perform professional nail care treatments including polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, gel nails, acrylics, etc., in accordance with state, local and company health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disinfectant and sanitation protocols in treatment rooms.
• Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment.
• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform general Spa duties, as needed.
• Strive to receive additional continuing education to stay at the top of their profession.

Requirements

• Must have active State License.
• Preferred three years licensed Nail Technician experience.
• Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.

Qualifications

Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.

Skills

Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals.
