Responsibilities
- Obtains the education and licensure required to perform nail services within the state they are working.
- Performs hand and foot treatments according to the treatment protocols provided.
- Recommends enhancements and products that pair with the guest’s chosen treatment(s).
- Documents pertinent guest information in their records.
- Maintains organization of the treatment and preparation areas.
- Follows all Woodhouse Spa policies.
- Communicates current spa promotions to guests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Maintains a current Nail Tech or Cosmetology license in the state they are practicing in.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to assess the needs and wants of their guests.
- Has exceptional time management skills.
- Works efficiently to solve problems in the moment.
- Available to work weekend, evening, and holiday hours.
- Neat and professional appearance follows Woodhouse Spa dress code.
- Physically able to perform up to 7-8 services a day.
