Nail Technician

About the Role

The Nail Technician administers professional treatments from our menu encompassing the nail department. You must have a thorough knowledge of nail techniques and modalities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide wellness solutions tailored to our guests' needs. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of the spa and represent it in a professional and positive way.
• Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Actively promote home care programs and meet minimum retail sales goals.
• Suggest products for clients and recommend rebooking times.
• Have complete knowledge of all services and products offered.
• Promote the spa, treatments, services, retail, programs, promotions, and discounts.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Perform prep work, clean, and restock rooms daily.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Complete any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• California nail technician license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of nail care experience (preferred).
• Cosmetology or Nail Technician License (preferred).

Pay

$18.00 - $24.25 per hour
