Nail Technician

About the Role

Sham Skin Care and Spa is looking for a talented nail technician to join our team on a booth rental basis. You'll bring your passion for nail artistry and client care into a vibrant, established spa that also offers facials, laser hair removal, and body contouring. This is an independent contractor opportunity, meaning you run your own nail business within our space, keep all your own earnings, and pay a simple monthly rental fee. In return, you get a space with all utilities covered and promotion through our website and social media to help grow your clientele.

Responsibilities

• Performing manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic applications, and nail extensions with skill and precision
• Recommending shades and designs using color theory
• Maintaining strict sanitation and disinfection standards for your tools and station
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
• Staying current on nail art trends and techniques

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania nail technician or cosmetology license
• Proven experience in manicures, pedicures, gel, and acrylic work
• Proof of liability insurance
• Portfolio of work (Instagram or photos welcome)
• Strong sanitation knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
