Nail Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, luxury experience for all clients
• Ensure client's comfort at all times
• Perform all nail services
• Develop client relationships to retain and expand business
• Participate in salon activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainings
• Adhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing
• Report damaged equipment to management

Qualifications

• Possession of an active Mississippi State cosmetology or Nail license
• Service minded
• Ability to analyze client needs and nails to select the best product & style, as well as market the chosen products
• Active listening skills and high attention to detail
• Previous successful work experience is a plus!
