About the role

The Spa at Spruce Peak is a 21,000 square foot facility spread across three levels, designed to immerse guests in a natural, serene environment. Our mission is to help guests unwind, refresh, and reconnect through personalized, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional manicures, pedicures, and restorative nail care services.
• Provide thoughtful, attentive service in our nature-inspired environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Stay updated on current hairstyles and trends.

Requirements

• Maintain a current Vermont Cosmetology license.
• Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.
• Prior experience in a luxury spa or high-end salon is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, ideally Friday – Tuesday.

Pay

This position is commission-based.

Schedule

Ideal work schedule is Friday – Tuesday.
