Responsibilities

• Provide quality care for residents in various healthcare settings
• Learn in a hands-on environment under the guidance of experienced nurses
• Meet or exceed state standards through a developed curriculum
• Participate in orientation sessions to start employment upon completion of the class

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to pass a CPR certification

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Skills

• Basic medical terminology
• Understanding of patient rights and confidentiality
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
