The North America Operations Controller, Texas Region is a high visibility role that drives the financial performance and strategic business decisions across manufacturing locations in the Texas network. This role serves as a key member of the North America Supply Chain Finance organization, providing financial leadership, decision support, and operational insight across manufacturing activities. This position reports to the Director, North America Supply Chain Finance, based in St. Paul, MN, and will have oversight of a team of 4 (Senior Analysts and one Manager) supporting multiple manufacturing sites across the Texas network. S/he is responsible for leading performance management processes (planning, forecasting, month-end close), maintaining strong financial controls (SOX, GAAP, inventory, capex), and supporting strategic initiatives that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. The role also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance financial acumen and accountability across the organization. What You Will Do Financial Business Partner focused on driving strong financial acumen and decision support that results in financial metric improvement and profitable growth.Lead and coach team members to ensure they achieve their highest potential and performance through strong development and goal/expectation setting.Lead performance management processes including monthly close, forecasts, and annual planning cycles; analyze, understand, and explain variances to plan, forecast, and prior year.Establish a culture focused on policy adherence and financial controls to ensure appropriate financial monitoring of operations, including compliance with SOX, GAAP, and Corporate Policy.Support capital project analysis and decision-making, including payback, ROI, and cost savings initiatives.Drive tools, analytics, and insights that improve cost performance and link operational initiatives to financial outcomes.Implement standardized processes and improve financial workflows through automation and simplification.Partner across the supply chain network to drive standardization, best practice sharing, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.Performs special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in finance and/or accountingPrevious supervisory experienceAbility to travel up to 10% of timeStrong change management skill set and leadership capabilitySolid understanding of accounting concepts and practicesDemonstrated ability to drive financial performance, influence management, and lead changeDemonstrated history of process improvement, project management and critical thinkingStrong numerical aptitude, analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong agility in learning and operating in system / data environments to drive efficiency in process and decision support Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, CMATPM/Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and Green or Black Belt certificationMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 2 years of experience in cost accountingProficiency in SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, Blackline Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
