NA and EMEA Adhesives Procurement Category Manager (US KC-Site)

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process
• Lead negotiations and drive RFx processes for supplier selection
• Provide risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and price trends
• Align and influence global and regional strategies according to BU needs
• Understand macro- and microeconomic variables impacting costs
• Optimize negotiations by considering transactional work
• Build partnerships with suppliers to foster innovation and value creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in Procurement or a similar supply chain function
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capability in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

• $105,740 – $130,620 annually
