Major Duties
- Lead Group Fitness Classes
- Develop and Deliver Workouts
- Motivate and Encourage
- Provide Proper Instruction
- Offer Modifications
- Maintain a Safe Workout Environment
- Engage with Members
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of intense physical exertion including running, lifting and stretching.
- Must be able to lift more than 75 pounds at times.
Supervisory and Management Responsibility
None
Knowledge Required By The Position
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of exercise science and fitness techniques.
- Understanding of nutrition and diet.

Minimum Qualifications
- Certified fitness instructor or personal trainer with relevant qualifications is preferred but not required. (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous Experience Teaching Group Fitness Classes Is Preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about fitness.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Knowledge of proper exercise form and techniques.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
