Basic Qualifications
Generally has 3 years of related experience and holds a High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior Aerospace or Manufacturing Experience
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Job Description
Supports the engineering function and production operations for a fabrication area or processing laboratory by performing experiments and tests. Including but not limited to scanning and evaluating products. Evaluates new processes, products, and/or isolates process problems. May design simple experiments. Implements, collects results, maintains appropriate logs, and provides oral and/or written reports of results. Monitors wafer fabrication, process controls, materials, and supplies. May be required to ensure correct functioning and identify any discrepancies. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. May advise operators and inform engineers regarding processes, procedures, and equipment. Perform RF test procedures across multiple machines per requirements.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of RF (radio frequency) measurement techniques and testing equipment.
- Experience with quality‑system frameworks (e.g., ISO‑9001, AS9100, IQC/IPC)
- Understanding of safety and clean‑room protocols (e.g., gowning, contamination control)
- Strong analytical skills to identify process discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to operators, engineers, and cross‑functional teams.
