Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host / Hostess to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at their reserved table and provide them with menus.
• Maintain reservations through online portal.
• Aid guests with any inquiries about the menu or specials.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely communication of updated seating and turn times.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and provide change as necessary.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed to enhance guest services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is desirable.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
