Safety

Ensure correct use of all required PPE and adherence to all dept and plant safety rules at all times. Escalate any safety concerns to the Team Performance Lead or Supervisor immediately.

Quality

Ensure quality standards are achieved and proactively take actions to minimize scrap, prevent spoilage and avoid any potential customer returns. Adhere to documented processes including, but not limited to order measurement specifications, color standards, positive release requirements.

Production

Work safely and efficiently to achieve daily shift production targets including footage, set up and order yield targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical, communication, and math skills.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and pass a color vision test.
