Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implement behavior plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect session data & maintain documentation
- Build positive relationships with clients & families
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (BACB & NVABA)
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background screening
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with autism is a plus
