MWR Bartender

Duties Help Set up full service, limited service, special event or banquet bars with beverages, mixes, condiments, garnishes, napkins, ice, glasses and utensils.May serve soft drinks, bottle or draft beer as needed.Replaces supplies as necessary; removes empty kegs and replaces with full ones, transfers cases of beer to refrigerator, removes cases of empty bottles and separates returnable empty bottles.May unload and stack beverage items and supplies for storage.Removes trash. Washes, cleans and dries bar glasses, utensils and equipment.Ensures working area is maintained according to appropriate sanitation and safety standards to included, but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning sinks, walls, cabinets, etc.Assist in taking inventory at required intervals.Responsible for complying with all safety, fire and sanitation rules and regulations.
