About the role

• Teach middle school students in a Montessori environment
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles
• Collaborate with other educators to support student learning

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster critical thinking and creativity
• Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

• Eligibility for MSDE professional certification (preferred)
• Experience with Montessori instruction (preferred)
• A conferred bachelor's degree (minimum qualification)
