Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain sales goals
• Help fill the store with music
• Use point of sale system for sales, inventory, and updating customer records
• Open and close the store
• Help customers
• Restock showroom
• Receive inventory

Qualifications

• Background in music
• Ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of music products and instruments
• Band and orchestra product knowledge
• Effective presentation skills
• Superior organizational and follow-up skills
• Detail oriented, able to prioritize work under pressure
• Efficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Valid Driver’s License and background check required
