Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
- Work with store Lessons Leads to manage and retain student headcount
- Ensure each student grows, develops, and enjoys playing music
- Nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
- Communicate with students and parents about progress and goals
- Build and maintain long-term student relationships through customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
- Ability to teach an instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.
- Skilled in demonstrating competency and proficiency in teaching
