About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
- Work to increase student count and ensure each student grows and enjoys playing music
- Nurture a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount
- Communicate with students and/or parents on progress and goals
- Provide an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field
- Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.)
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
Qualifications
- Passionate about music and teaching
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
