Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music.
• Nurture the culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect within the store.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Aid in customer service by helping to build and maintain long-term student relationships.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about their progress and goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.
• Skilled in demonstrating competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
