Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music
• Nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
• Aid in customer service by assisting with long-term student retention and providing a great experience
• Communicate with students and/or parents on their progress and share goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
• Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in, such as drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.
• Skilled in demonstrating competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
