Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum
• Work to increase student count and ensure each student continues to grow and enjoy playing music
• Nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs
• Aid in customer service by helping to build and maintain long-term student relationships
• Communicate regularly with students and parents about their progress and goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field
• Ability to teach Vocals or an instrument you are proficient in (such as Guitar, Keyboard, etc.)
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching
