What we’re looking for

We are looking for a passionate Volunteer Music Teacher to help us build and enhance our educational learning platform! In this role, you will help transform our existing curriculum, books, video lessons, games, and activities into engaging online learning modules using Google Classroom. Our educational content is already developed—the first step is becoming familiar with our teaching philosophy, curriculum, and instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Create structured, step-by-step learning journeys for each module, guiding students from the first page of our beginner book through completion of the entire curriculum.
• Develop and implement interactive learning modules that include:
• A lesson from the book
• The corresponding video lesson
• A game, workbook activity, or interactive exercise
• An assignment that students will complete and submit
• Additional opportunities for creativity, engagement, and fun

Requirements

Qualifications

• Passionate about music and education
• Experience with Google Classroom and other educational technology platforms
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences
• Strong organizational and communication skills
