This is a remote contract position lasting up to 6 months, with a commitment of 20+ hours per week. Compensation ranges from $14–$42/hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across various genres and rate it against detailed quality standards.
• Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs, identifying similarities and differences.
• Rate lyrics based on quality, creativity, prompt adherence, and originality.
• Assess whether lyrics sound natural, considering word choice, slang, and regional expressions.
• Work independently and asynchronously while maintaining flexible hours to meet project goals.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, or music journalist.
• Knowledge of the Hindi music scene.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or published songwriting work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Hindi genres, sub-genres, and artists.
