About the role

The ULV Music Department student assistant will help with daily assignments with faculty and staff, assist with events, concerts, and lectures in the Morgan Auditorium, and have flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily assignments with faculty and staff
• Assist with events, concerts, and lectures in the Morgan Auditorium
• Work flexible hours, with a focus on weekends and nights

Requirements

• Positive and friendly communication skills
• A general understanding and appreciation of music
• Open availability especially on weekends and nights

Preferred Qualifications

• Music major or minor
• Knowledge of music technology, such as recording studios and venues
• Experience in live stage tech, sound, or light design
