Music Content Head

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experts in creating specialized and customized music curriculum to promote world-class music education in schools.
• Manage multiple music curriculum design projects of schools simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Create and maintain music resources relevant to each specific curriculum, and timely update them to the learning management system.
• Develop compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, social media posts, music education, etc.
• Train internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of new music curricula; while providing training sessions and guidance on the best practices in teaching methodologies for the music faculties of partner schools.
• Collaborate with the design team on multimedia projects.
• Create social media content materials for use by publication, broadcast, or internet media for promoting the organization, offered music courses, special announcements, and festive offers.

Requirements

• A strong background in Hindustani/Carnatic music genre (Knowledge of Western music deserves brownie points).
• An excellent communicator and team player.
