About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, fashion-forward Assistant Manager excited to work each day with customers from all walks of life. Responsibilities

• Create a positive store experience by greeting customers immediately and handling transactions professionally and enthusiastically
• Become familiar with brands, products, and prices
• Buy used clothing and accessories
• Tell customers about promotions
• Price and ticket items, restock store according to merchandising plan
• Maintain store displays and inventory levels
• Assist manager in scheduling and managing employees
• Lead team meetings
• Provide guidance and training to junior employees
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Enforce company policy confidently
• Execute company floor-sets

Requirements

• Retail experience
• Leadership experience
• Flexible availability (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, holidays, etc.)
• Tech-savvy
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Drive to meet customer needs
• Ability to perform duties with minimal direct supervision
• Quick learner, eager to embrace new responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Adapt easily to a new and fast-paced environment
