About the role
As a Municipal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure projects within the municipal sector. This includes but is not limited to:
- Planning and implementing infrastructure projects
- Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
Responsibilities

- Collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure project success
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience
- Knowledge of municipal engineering principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Understanding of municipal zoning and land use regulations
Skills
Necessary skills include:
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
