Responsibilities
- Conceive of and create an age-appropriate curriculum for your class
- Create memorable experiences for the children in your class to help them grow and develop a passion for sports
- Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!), prepared with the lesson plan for the day
- Help children understand why sports are so wonderful and how they have helped shape you as a person
Requirements
- A fun, enthusiastic, adaptable instructor
- Experience teaching school age children
- The ability to bring your own voice and creativity to each class you teach
- To be cooperative, supportive, and flexible
- To be dependable, proactive, and thrive when given autonomy
Qualifications
- Has excitement, joy, and passion for both teaching kids and personal development/learning
- Knows how to create a fun, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Relevant teaching experience is preferred, but not required
- If lacking formal teaching experience, please share any other relevant experience or training in a cover letter or on the application questionnaire
