About the role

A Multiskilled Technician at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center performs essential patient care activities, assists with personal care needs, reports abnormalities, and supports clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities as delegated, including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output.
• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Reports abnormal assessment findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Keeps patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
• Supports nursing station activities by performing clerical duties.

Requirements

• BCLS certification required.
• Handle with Care certification preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
